NU-TEK HEALTH (HONG KONG) LIMITED (hereafter to be referred to "Nutek"), one of the famous brand in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation is with the world know trademark of NuTek.
We found that there are some fake film in some markets recently with the brand and website shown as below:
The legitimate rights and the reputation of Nutek have been seriously damaged by these illegal behaviors.
Therefore, we declare:
1. All the products supported to the customers in the world are all made in our own factories located in Shenzhen, China. Nutek never authorized any other companies to produce the device with the trademark of "Nutek".
2. The official website of Nutek is www.nutekmedical.com, and www.lat.nutekmedical.com
3. All the authorized distributors (or agents) of Nutek should be issued with an official authorization letter. Otherwise they have no right to present Nutek.
Hereby, we kindly remind all the customers: please contact Nutek directly or our authorized distributors (or agents) in order to protect your legitimate rights and interests.
